Kitsquad

Kitsquad is a charity which supports people in poverty to access the outdoors through providing donated clothing and equipment.

We are looking for administrative support at Kitsquad HQ at Atcham. This can be job-shared if the ideal candidate is unable to commit to full hours, and a minimum of 4 hours per week is desirable.

You will be:

• Checking and processing applications

• Sending out and processing feedback questionnaires to Kitsquad recipients

• Obtaining useable raw data from applications and feedback forms

• Replying to email enquiries

• Answering the phone/ WhatsApp messages

• Organising the volunteer diary

• Involved with the volunteer recruitment and organising the cooperate volunteer days

• Confident in the use of technology

Training can be given for this job role, though some experience and knowledge using a computer will be helpful. In this role the volunteer is able to work from home or in the office when they would like to.

About Kitsquad

Kitsquad are a young and pioneering charity. We supply people living in poverty with outdoor clothing and equipment to enable them to access the great outdoors. Based in Atcham, we cover the whole of the UK.

Skills include:
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team
  • Ability to work alone
  • Understanding and experience of using computer programmes, such as word, spreadsheets and emails
  • A desire to work for a pioneering and unique charity that helps those in need
