Charity Trustee

Kitsquad

Kitsquad are a relatively young charity. Registered with the Charity Commission in February 2024, we are a pioneering and unique charity.

Kitsquad provides hiking expedition clothing and equipment to people living in poverty, enabling them to access open green spaces whilst wearing and using the correct clothing and equipment. Access to this necessary kit is often a barrier for those living in poverty. Kitsquad aims to smash that barrier.

Based in Atcham, Shropshire, we cover the whole of the Uk, including Northern Ireland and to date we have supported over 5,000 people.

We are looking to expand our team of Trustees and we would welcome applications from those with a financial background.

You will be:

• Ensure the charity is run in line with its aims and legal obligations.

• Helping set strategy and direction.

• Using your skills and networks to support fundraising, partnerships and sustainability
